Ramsey County Chief Judge Leonardo Castro accepted the restorative justice approach proposed by the Ramsey County Attorney\u2019s Office. Under the arrangement, a suspended prosecution would end in no conviction for defendant Mike Forcia.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

So in other words, if you’re fashionably “progressive” in Ramsey County, you can commit a crime, and be “punished” by telling school kids why the crime you committed was a good thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
