{"id":76085,"date":"2020-12-16T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-16T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=76085"},"modified":"2020-12-12T17:32:41","modified_gmt":"2020-12-12T23:32:41","slug":"all-about-the-science","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=76085","title":{"rendered":"All About The Science!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cornell &#8211; the Dollar General of the Ivy League &#8211; is <em>requiring <\/em>students to get vaccinated for Covid when a vaccine is available.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, most students:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>That is, unless those students are \u201cBlack, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC).\u201d Those students aren\u2019t subject to the same stringent vaccine requirements of their white classmates, and though they are strongly encouraged to get tested and get the flu shot, the university offers them an exemption should they choose not to. The university even describes the requirements foisted on whites as \u201csuspect or even exploitative\u201d to its students of color.<\/p><p>Cornell won\u2019t dispatch racial scientists to check the skin tone of any of these students, or ask for a DNA test. Merely identifying as \u201cBIPOC\u201d is considered grounds for exemption, meaning bonafide crackers like Shaun King or Rachel Dolezal could avoid the shot, were they students at Cornell.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Because apparently one&#8217;s stated identity has physiological effects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have the dumbest ruling class ever. <\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cornell &#8211; the Dollar General of the Ivy League &#8211; is requiring students to get vaccinated for Covid when a vaccine is available.
