Whenever we discuss election fraud, Liberals are quick to point out the lack of convictions.\u00a0 No convictions = no fraud.\u00a0 They are using the wrong measurement and therefore reach an incorrect conclusion.<\/p>

To obtain a conviction for voter fraud, the County Attorney must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a specific individual cast a specific ballot with full knowledge that it was against the law to do so.\u00a0 That’s a high burden and in cases of massive fraud, would take years to clear up all the trials plus it would cost a fortune. No prosecutor wants to spend time and money on paper crimes over violent crimes.
In contrast, to find election fraud, we look for evidence that not all of the ballots were legitimate. A ballot cast by a person\u00a0who’s been dead for years<\/a>, cannot be legitimate,\u00a0and there were lots of them cast.<\/a>\u00a0 A normal voter marks most of the races.\u00a0\u00a0A ballot that only marks one race,\u00a0a highly contested race, is not normal<\/a>.\u00a0 Is it possible that it’s a valid\u00a0vote?\u00a0 Sure, but when you get tens of thousands of them, all voting for a single race, all voting for the\u00a0same candidate, the candidate who was losing until those ballots showed up . . . you begin to wonder.<\/p>

Further evidence that not all ballots were legitimate\u00a0comes when we see the supposedly neutral election officials violating established procedural safeguards. Election judges count ballots while poll\u00a0watchers observe. Both sides having poll watchers is a quality control measure to ensure\u00a0fairness.\u00a0 But when the election officials kick out poll watchers but\u00a0only one side’s watchers are expelled,\u00a0<\/a>that increases the likelihood of fraud.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>

Ballots delivered to the polling place in an unusual manner, at unusual times,\u00a0<\/a>raises doubt about the legitimacy of those ballots.\u00a0\u00a0Backdated ballots\u00a0<\/a>cannot be legitimate.\u00a0 When the voting software incorrectly assigns votes to one candidate, always to\u00a0the losing candidate, across several states,<\/a>\u00a0that’s an indication of fraud.\u00a0 <\/p>

Ridiculously high voter turnout\u00a0(in some cases 200%)\u00a0<\/a>but only in select counties, is a red flag.\u00a0<\/p>

Finally, the distribution of tallied votes can be mathematically analyzed using established formulas\u00a0which have been used to detect election fraud in other elections.\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0The science shows likely fraud in key places.<\/p>

Does this prove there was serious and widespread election fraud?\u00a0 It does for me.\u00a0 There’s just too much evidence to ignore.\u00a0 If I had a Facebook account, I’d be changing my background.<\/p>
