{"id":75144,"date":"2020-08-31T11:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-31T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=75144"},"modified":"2021-11-16T10:27:18","modified_gmt":"2021-11-16T16:27:18","slug":"for-posteritys-sake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=75144","title":{"rendered":"For Posterity&#8217;s Sake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Stipulated in advance &#8211; we don&#8217;t know yet how the Rittenhouse case in Racine is going to end up.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acknowledging up front that Berg&#8217;s 18th Law is in effect, it would appear that Rittenhouse&#8217;s first shooting might just be problematic, and that the second two appeared to be textbook legitimate self-defense.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, earlier we noted the provenance of the two &#8220;victims&#8221;.   The first person shot was a rather unsavory person whose behavior hash&#8217;t really been the subject of any public scrutiny:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-twitter wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The 3 shot (2 killed) in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Kenosha?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Kenosha<\/a>, Wisc. at the BLM riot have been identified. <br><br>Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, was the first one killed. Video allegedly shows him chasing teen shooter &amp; throwing something at him. He was filmed chasing down the armed teen and hitting him when he was on the ground with a skateboard.
