When the economy slows to a record halt, vaporizing trillions of dollars in personal and institutional wealth, throwing millions\/tens of millions, really, into at least short term poverty and possibly much worse, with industries shut down and hundreds of thousands of small businesses vanquished over a little more than six weeks, the air will get a little clean.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I spent a little time watching some of the local TV news and weather drones chattering about Earth Day yesterday.
