Transparency rules get &#8220;relaxed&#8221; in &#8220;everyone&#8217;s best interest&#8221;, so government can &#8220;get things done&#8221;.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, it&#8217;s not all &#8220;Emergency&#8221; stuff getting done.
