Probably somewhere in between.   I have no idea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But it&#8217;ll come rom a country with a <em>relatively <\/em>free market for healthcare.   The US?   Norway?   Germany?  I don&#8217;t know &#8211; but it&#8217;ll be someplace that hasn&#8217;t nationalized healthcare.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feel free to mark my words on this.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond that ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week on Twitter, Scott &#8220;Dilbert&#8221; Adams wrote: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">In the next two weeks we will witness a breathtaking degree of human ingenuity.
