He may be responsible for many more million deaths than they were<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Someone looking to get headlines for their book, consulting practice or media brand by making a big, stupid headline?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But of course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But let&#8217;s not sell the little fella short.
