And what was the biggest problem for struggling families?\u00a0 Cost of medical care.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 Because Obama-care destroyed health insurance.\u00a0This week,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/a-decade-after-the-recession-40-of-us-families-still-struggling\/\" target=\"_blank\">CBS recycled that story<\/a>without bothering to mention the story was six months old and based on data that\u2019s 18 months old, and also without mentioning the latest employment numbers.\u00a0 I&#8217;m all for recycling, but it\u2019s almost as if the media aren\u2019t really interested in the truth, only in bashing a Republican administration.\u00a0 <br>Joe Doakes<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>And if you&#8217;ve ever been around reporters at a bar, you know they&#8217;re not carbon-neutral, shall we say.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It almost seems that  Big Media is working hand in glove with Big Left to pass a narrative to low-information but  high-emotion voters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s just crazy talk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Right?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last Summer,\u00a0the Associated Press\u00a0reported 40% of families struggled to meet at least one of their basic needs.\u00a0 The story was based on a press release by the Urban Institute.
