Ocasio-Cortez&#8217; &#8220;Green New Deal&#8221; (which got disappeared after it was revealed to be something a spoiled sixth-grader could have, and may have, written) y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/2019\/02\/green-new-deal-is-everything-thats-wrong-with-progressive-environmentalism\/\">abou that David French at National Review doesn&#8217;t say better<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read the whole thing.  I add emphasis: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Nobody has to be a progressive to be concerned about the environment. Nobody has to be a progressive to respond to climate change. Any proposal that conditions response to climate change on the adoption of the full progressive platform is not only doomed to fail, but it <strong>raises the question of whether the declared climate emergency is more pretext than crisis<\/strong>. There\u2019s a need for a serious discussion about our climate. The Green New Deal is not serious.<br><br><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Did you  miss it before it got disappeared yesterday?
