You hire the woman.\u00a0 And the next.\u00a0 And the next.\u00a0 And the next.\u00a0 There\u2019s always a woman in the candidate pool, and you\u2019re always required to give her preference.\u00a0 Eventually, your entire workforce will be women.\u00a0 It\u2019s a mathematical certainty.<br>Now see\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.revisor.mn.gov\/statutes\/cite\/480B.01\" target=\"_blank\">Minn.
