Despite the circumstances of the incident, Holland\u2019s family filed a wrongful death\u00a0lawsuit<\/a>\u00a0against Jaehnen, Officer Powell, and the DNR on Feb. 15.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
