In other words, the states retain the authority to determine the regulations and process for one to carry in public.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And the &#8220;bust?&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The House version of concealed carry reciprocity would override a host of state and local laws that currently prohibit permit holders from carrying guns in places like bars, daycare centers, places of worship, athletic events, and near polling places.
