[2]<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>[1] At this point, someone will likely howl &#8220;How DARE you call them &#8216;indescretions&#8217;?\u00a0 They are CRIMES!&#8221;\u00a0 \u00a0 Well, no &#8211; the offenses of the people I&#8217;m referring to in this post are well south of the level required to be a &#8220;crime&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Someone will also howl &#8220;Don&#8217;t you BELIEVE victims in sexual harassment cases?&#8221;\u00a0 Believe me &#8211; I&#8217;ve <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?s=%22Pervy+LeDouche%22&amp;submit=Search\">seen what sexual harassment looks like, from the perspective of someone with no power to do a damn thing about it<\/a>.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve also seen some completely fake cases.<\/p>\n<p>If someone is accused of a crime, they&#8217;re innocent until proven guilty.\u00a0 If someone is accused of something that is unethical and immoral but not criminal, they should be too.\u00a0 And of course, we&#8217;re talking the court of\u00a0 public opinion here &#8211; but in that court as well as the actual legal one, your best option is almost always to just just your endlessly flapping mouth.<\/p>\n<p>[2] &#8220;WHAT?\u00a0 You&#8217;re telling sexual harassers how to defend themselves?&#8221;\u00a0 No. I&#8217;m telling\u00a0<em>anyone\u00a0<\/em>how to deal with a PR crisis.\u00a0 Your indiscretions and immoralities are between you, your offended\/affected colleagues, your boss and whatever creator you believe in.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.
