The Navy suggests they might have been hacked<\/a>, or maybe the other ship was<\/a>, probably by the Russians, since that\u2019s the universal fool-proof excuse for manifest incompetence nowadays.<\/p>\n
If I were at the helm and looked out the window to see a tanker that\u2019s 100 feet wide and 50 feet tall bearing down on me, I\u2019d be thinking about taking evasive action.\u00a0 We need the captain on the bridge for that, the guy at the wheel isn\u2019t smart enough to make that decision?\u00a0 But I\u2019ll bet every sailor on board completed sexual harassment prevention training, promptly and on time.<\/p>\n
