\nManager:\u00a0 Sorry sir, you\u2019re the latest in a long line of customers who are having this problem.\u00a0 You see, the manufacturer is engaging in a reverse boycott against certain people.\u00a0 We\u2019re prohibited from selling their products to the people being boycotted.
\nLiberal:\u00a0 They can\u2019t do that! They can\u2019t refuse to do business with me.\u00a0 I have rights!
\nManager: Actually, they can.\u00a0 The law says they can\u2019t refuse to do business with people for discriminatory reasons like not baking a cake for gays, but they can refuse to do business with Liberals the same way the Liberals are boycotting Trump hotels. \u00a0\u00a0Discrimination against people in the opposite political party is perfectly legal and since Liberals started the trend, it\u2019s catching on everywhere.\u00a0 They probably got your name from a mailing list of Democrat contributors or MPR members.
\nLiberal:\u00a0 \u00a0But I didn\u2019t donate to any of those things.
\nManager:\u00a0 No?\u00a0 Maybe you signed an on-line petition?\u00a0 Or maybe one of your family members or Facebook friends did so you\u2019ve been flagged because of that?\u00a0 It could be a secondary boycott, same as when Liberals refuse to buy from Ivanka\u2019s business because of her Dad\u2019s politics.
\nLiberal:\u00a0 This is bull.\u00a0 I demand you sell me my items.
\nManager:\u00a0 I can sell you everything that\u2019s not on the boycott list.\u00a0 Let\u2019s see, you can have, well, actually, sir, I\u2019m afraid everything on this conveyor is on one list or another.

\nManager:\u00a0 Only a few, but companies like Nestle own many brands and those are the brands you\u2019ve chosen, like, for instance, Coffee Mate, Kit-Kat, Perrier, Honey Nut Cheerios, Friskies cat food.\u00a0 You\u2019ve also got Land O Lakes milk and butter, those are on another list.\u00a0 Oh, here, you can have the Ben and Jerry\u2019s ice cream, they aren\u2019t boycotting people like you.
