A Minnesota resident can start having sex and get a driver\u2019s license at 16, abortions and cigarettes at 18, and liquor and beer at 21; but he doesn\u2019t have to get his own health insurance until 26.<\/p>\n
Is that when he\u2019s finally grown-up enough to be responsible for taking care of himself?\u00a0 Is that when he becomes an \u201cadult?\u201d\u00a0 Why would anybody want to be an adult when all the good stuff is available to kids?<\/p>\n
Want to reform behavior? \u00a0Make the ages all the same and vigorously enforce the law.\u00a0 No fun until you\u2019re an adult in all respects.<\/p>\n
Now, what age should that be?<\/p>\n
