Hilary Clinton repeatedly told the FBI she couldn\u2019t recall<\/span><\/a> details of her email server, security clearance, briefing details.\u00a0 Trump supporters say she\u2019s still suffering from the concussion in 2012.\u00a0 I say her inability to recall is not evidence of absent-mindedness, it\u2019s a criminal defense necessity in a politicized law enforcement environment and she knows it, first-hand, from prior experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Remember Scooter Libby, convicted because he \u201clied\u201d to the FBI about who \u201couted\u201d Valerie Plame to him?\u00a0 Libby didn\u2019t \u201cout\u201d Valerie Plame \u2013 that was Richard Armitage, which the prosecutors knew all along \u2013 but they were digging into who told who.\u00a0 Libby claimed he learned it from Tim Russert, who denied saying it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Even the Wall Street Journal concluded<\/span><\/a> the entire case was a political witch hunt based on false evidence and a colossal waste of money.\u00a0 But Libby remains a disbarred convicted felon.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hillary is smart enough to know you NEVER say anything, NEVER remember anything, NEVER concede anything to the cops.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Which is not the same as saying she doesn\u2019t actually remember.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Only that she can\u2019t be convicted.<\/span><\/p>\n
