{"id":58095,"date":"2016-03-24T06:00:35","date_gmt":"2016-03-24T11:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=58095"},"modified":"2016-03-23T15:55:22","modified_gmt":"2016-03-23T20:55:22","slug":"heres-your-crow-cold-and-bloody","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=58095","title":{"rendered":"Here&#8217;s Your Crow; Cold And Bloody"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2016\/mar\/22\/irs-rebuked-tea-party-targeting-ordered-release-se\/\">Court rules<\/a> that the IRS acted in bad faith, targeted Tea Party groups:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A federal appeals court spanked the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/topics\/internal-revenue-service\/\">IRS<\/a> Tuesday, saying it has taken laws designed to protect taxpayers from the government and turned them on their head, using them to try to protect the tax agency from the very tea party groups it targeted.<\/p>\n<p>The judges ordered the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/topics\/internal-revenue-service\/\">IRS<\/a> to quickly turn over the full list of groups it targeted so that a class-action lawsuit, filed by the NorCal Tea Party Patriots, can proceed.
