He runs into Chuck DUUUUHHHH, \u00a0third-shift\u00a0Twitter operator for &#8220;Minnesotans for Rand Paul&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0Hey, Merg! \u00a0Did you seen the NEWS of the hotel FIRE in DOOBBAI?<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0 Well, yeah &#8211; but before we get to that, I gotta say I&#8217;m amazed that you actually talk like you type on Facebook and Twitter, with occasional interjections in all caps.<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0 Ha HAH. \u00a0So there was a building fire, but it wasn&#8217;t hot ENOUGH to melt STEEL. \u00a0Why DIDN&#8217;T the hotel fall TO the ground?<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0Because the fire was apparently in the cladding, on the facade, and never had a chance to weaken the structural steel.<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0Because steel melts at 2000 DEGREES FARRENHEIGHT, and so it didn&#8217;t LIQUIFY the GIRDLES.<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0Girders.<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0THAT is your opinion!<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0Sure, whatever.<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0So by your logic, since it wasn&#8217;t not enough TO liquify steel, the HOTEL should HAVE fallen to the ground! Like Building SEVEN!<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0That&#8217;s kinda a non-sequitur.<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0That&#8217;s JUST your opinion! \u00a0You&#8217;re not an engineer!<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0No, that&#8217;s true. \u00a0But I have some command of basic logic. \u00a0 Look &#8211; you see to be of the opinion that if every skyscraper fire doesn&#8217;t end in a complete implosion, then 9\/11 was an inside job.<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0Don&#8217;t be a sheeple! \u00a0 The GOVERNMENT\u00a0lies to people all THE\u00a0time! \u00a0Why would a building fall when jet fuel doesn&#8217;t burn hot enough to melt steel?<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0Sure, government lies. No argument<\/p>\n<p>But steel doesn&#8217;t have to melt to be a problem. Steel loses its strength and becomes basically pliable hundreds of degrees below its melting point:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FzF1KySHmUA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: He&#8217;s no engineer!~ And that doesn&#8217;t explain why all three BUILDINGS\u00a0fell inside their FOOTPRINCE.<\/p>\n<p>BERG: All three buildings transferred their weight via a web of girders to their central cores, which transferred the weight to the ground. Since the weight is all going down the middle of the building, where would you <i>expect<\/i> them to fall?<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0That&#8217;s just your opinion! \u00a0You&#8217;re JUST\u00a0closing your mind to all the\u00a0engineers AND physicists who QUESTION the OFFFICIAL 9\/11 story!<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0And you&#8217;re closing yours to the many engineers who point out that steel bends at a lower temp than jet fuel burns, and that buildings fall in the direction their weight transfers, absent some other force.<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0But you&#8217;re ignoring the fact THAT\u00a0steel melts at 2000 degrees!<\/p>\n<p>BERG: I answered that above.<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0And why did all three\u00a0buildings FALL INSIDE\u00a0their own footprint?<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0We just talked about that.<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0And why DID THE buildings collapse when the TEMPERATURE wasn&#8217;t enough TO LIQUIFY steel?<\/p>\n<p>BERG: \u00a0Um&#8230;?<\/p>\n<p>DUUUUHHHH: \u00a0And without getting STEEL UP to 2000 degrees, it had to be a controlled demolition, OTHERWISE\u00a0how do you explain the building FALLING IN\u00a0its footprint?<\/p>\n<p><em>BERG slowly tiptoes away.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>And SCENE.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SCENE: \u00a0Mitch BERG is walking out of\u00a0the downtown Saint Paul Dunn Brothers coffee.
