It would waive civil liability for the stores, and employees who refuse to let such folks use their facilities could be charged with petty misdemeanors and up to a $100 fine.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I&#8217;m wondering if there&#8217;ll be an astroturf group of sympathy pimps, like the &#8220;Second Hand Smoke&#8221; advocates?<\/p>\n<p>And what&#8217;ll their TV commercials look like?<\/p>\n<p>The PiPress then quotes my NARN colleague <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minnesotademocratsexposed.com\/2007\/02\/28\/mde-and-freedom-to-poop-in-the-news\/\">Michael Brodkorb:<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Michael Brodkorb, a self-described Republican blogger, took his objection to the bill even further \u2014 he renamed it the Freedom to Poop Act.In my heart of hearts, I just dont believe that we need legislation that dictates that level of involvement in businesses, he said.
