It’s been a long, long week.\u00a0 I’ve had one of those ugly little bugs that’s not quite <\/em>bad enough to call in sick over, but still messes up\u00a0 your day.\u00a0 And I haven’t been sleeping much since I’m looking at needing a second-shift job to pay the taxes that’ll be descending on me from the local and federal levels.<\/p>\n

But it’s nothing a little binge-drinking can’t fix!<\/p>\n

Tis the season for Minnesota Organization of Bloggers parties.\u00a0 Now, when I say MOB parties, I know – it’s been a year and a half since the last one.\u00a0 It’s high time.<\/p>\n

And we’ll make up for lost time, here; this weekend, the Anti-Strib guys are throwing a shindig<\/a> over at Keegans.\u00a0 Stop on by! (I’ll try to, although I have a Patriot event <\/a>to do that night).<\/p>\n

And Mayor Johnny Roosh will be announcing the Mayor’s annual (?) MOB party very shortly here, after prolonged negotiations.\u00a0 Watch this space (or, y’know, a space somewhere in the future from this <\/em>space…oh, y’all know how blogs work, right?)<\/p>\n

And sometime in late spring\/early summer we’re still looking at “MOB Day at the Range” – the long-dreamed-of synthesis of shooting and drinking.\u00a0 In that <\/em>order and no other.<\/p>\n
