Hey wait a minute, we skipped one.\u00a0 What about the Third Amendment?\u00a0 The Third Amendment says citizens can\u2019t be forced to provide room and board for government troops \u2013 no \u201cquartering\u201d is allowed without my consent.\u00a0 The way things are going in Washington these days, Obama probably will assign me troops and if I decline, he\u2019ll make me to pay the cost of putting up the troops in the Ritz.\u00a0 And it\u2019ll be legal,\u00a0as a tax<\/a>.<\/p>\n
