of Minnesota Public Radio News taking underwriting money from one of the government bodies it&#8217;s supposed to be scrutinizing &#8211; in this case, MNSure&#8217;s sponsorship of Keri Miller&#8217;s &#8220;Daily Current&#8221; show:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The host\u2019s interruptions of the token conservative are not just to challenge facts or opinion.\u00a0\u00a0On two occasions, MPR\u2019s Miller interrupts Republican Golnik to defend Democrat Governor Dayton\u2014on the Vikings Stadium [30:22] and on\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/billglahn.blogspot.com\/2013\/09\/the-banana-republic-of-minnesota-all.html\">MPR News\u2019 sponsor<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0MNsure<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nobody&#8217;s mistaken Keri Miller for a non-biased journalist in 25 years; she&#8217;s about as balanced as Bill O&#8217;Reilly.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But Glahn notes that, yes, MNSure &#8211; an agency of the government of the state of Minnesota &#8211; sponsors MPR News.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So now, we get the news that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bringmethenews.com\/2013\/12\/16\/report-mnsure-chief-vacationed-with-medicaid-official-during-rollout\/\">directors of MNSure and Minnesota&#8217;s Medicaid director took a vacation to Costa Rica together<\/a>\u00a0(as the MNSure site was debuting to terrible reviews).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Now, is there a conflict of interest, here?\u00a0 Knowing that if MNSure actually <em>does <\/em>crater, its <del>victims<\/del> clients will likely get thrown into Medicaid?\u00a0\u00a0 I don&#8217;t know &#8211; yet.\u00a0 But I&#8217;ll find out.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If there <em>were <\/em>a problem (and MPR&#8217;s coverage so far seems to\u00a0tell us\u00a0&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mprnews.org\/story\/2013\/12\/16\/politics\/mnsure-director-state-medicaid-director-vacationed-in-costa-rica-together-?from=politics\">nothing to see here, move along, people<\/a>&#8220;), would MPR be the one to tell us?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Along with their acceptance of funding from the Joyce Foundation &#8211; the major funder of anti-gun-rights organizations in the US &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=38391\">specifically to provide gun-related content<\/a>\u00a0(and biased, slanted anti-gun content at that), I have to ask;
