{"id":355,"date":"2007-01-21T02:40:03","date_gmt":"2007-01-21T08:40:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shotinthedark.info\/wp\/index.php\/2007\/01\/21\/god-loves-a-drunk\/"},"modified":"2007-01-21T11:09:07","modified_gmt":"2007-01-21T17:09:07","slug":"god-loves-a-drunk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=355","title":{"rendered":"God Loves A Drunk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Wisconsin fella <a href=\"http:\/\/www.startribune.com\/462\/story\/949072.html\">survives a drunken 16-story fall <\/a>after a night of drinking:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>After a night out drinking, Joshua Hanson was horsing around with two friends on the 17th floor of the Hyatt Regency in downtown Minneapolis early Saturday morning when he apparently lost his balance and crashed through a floor-to-ceiling window.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>He fell 16 stories.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>Hanson, 29, landed feet first on a roof overhang near the hotels main entrance along the Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis police said, and he was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center.<\/p>\n<p>Hospital officials werent reporting on his condition Saturday night, but police and fire officials said he had multiple broken bones and internal injuries.<\/p>\n<p>He must have &#8220;an angel on his shoulder or something,&#8221; said Minneapolis police Lt. Dale Barsness. &#8220;Hes a lucky guy.&#8221;This is one of the most amazing reports Ive ever read,&#8221; said police Lt. Amelia Huffman.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I wish Mr. Hanson well.
