As I’ve noted in the past, I don’t so much care that Al Franken wrote for Playboy; I’ve been a freelance writer, and I know you don’t\u00a0look gigs like that in the eye.<\/p>\n

Does he cuss during the occasional speech?\u00a0 Yeah, and I doubt I’ll let him babysit my kids, but I’d suspect he’ll be in a different mode should Minnesota\u00a0lose its collective mind and send him to DC.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And is he an aloof, elitist jerkwad – sort of a younger Garrison Keillor?\u00a0 Sure.\u00a0 But I’m not voting for a buddy – I’m voting for a Senator.\u00a0 Right?<\/p>\n

Right.<\/p>\n

But what does <\/em>matter is that Al Franken is buddying up with a group that is under investigation in a third<\/em> of this nation’s states<\/a> for rampant<\/a>, mind<\/a>–numbingly<\/a> bizarre<\/a>, massive<\/a>, immense<\/a>,\u00a0systematic<\/a>, criminal<\/a>\u00a0voter<\/a> (and other<\/a>)\u00a0fraud<\/a> – including Minnesota<\/a>:<\/p>\n

It was last July that Minnesota ACORN endorsed Al Franken<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Today, the Al Franken for U.S. Senate campaign is proud to announce the endorsement of Minnesota ACORN, a member-driven community organization dedicated to providing housing services to low- and middle-income Minnesotans.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
