Does this section mean “any semi-automatic pistol with a magazine capacity of over seven rounds” is banned, as well as fixed-magazine rifles? \u00a0Or does it only refer to “semi-automatic pistols with fixed magazines of greater than seven rounds”?<\/p>\n

I’m not trying to be tendentious here; it could <\/em>refer to semi-auto pistols with fixed magazines, although I can think of only one…:<\/p>\n

But I suspect it means “semi auto pistols with more than seven round magazines, or any semi-auto rifle with a fixed magazine of greater than seven rounds”.<\/p>\n
