…well, no. \u00a0It was one of the men that liberals inexplicably admire the most; Jimmy Carter, back in 2005<\/a>. \u00a0Carter, who up until 2008 was the worst president of my lifetime, finally got one right; recognizes that the virtue of an election system is measured in the integrity and legitimacy of the votes, not \u00a0in the amount of wood pulp consumed by making ballots to jam into boxes.<\/p>\n
