GOP spokesperson Anna Elk responded “Er…the GOP was supporting Second Amendment rights long before it was politically cool to do so…”<\/p>\n
Bupkus, undeterred, promised “A 4,000 gun salute” outside Saint Paul’s XCel Energy Center, site of the convention.\u00a0<\/p>\n
