I think the people have gotten dumber.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If the GOP doesn&#8217;t print this &#8211; and the three above &#8211; on T-shirts this fall, it has only itself to blame. \u00a0As usual.<\/p>\n<p>And while the people may or may not be dumber, it&#8217;s for sure that Democrat senators&#8217; IQs certainly are under the speed limit:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nI don\u2019t know that I would\u2019ve said that out loud pre-my announcement that I was going to be leaving. [Laughter] But I think that\u2019s true. I mean everything has changed. The media has changed. We now give broadcast licenses to philosophies instead of people.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>We give &#8217;em to neither.  Ideology is a programming option, like &#8220;Top Forty&#8221;.
