Most, as you might expect, chose when they are &#8220;old.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>Then the presenter asked : When the room was not thrilled with cancer and then heart disease, they were told that they&#8217;d just chosen &#8220;dementia and frailty.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;How many of you expect to die?&#8221; she asked.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Dr. Lynn, who describes herself as an &#8220;old person in training,&#8221; offered three options to the room. Who would choose cancer as the way to go? Just a few. Chronic heart failure, or emphysema?
