The good news: Here’s an excellent article<\/a> on one of the jobs I do, the “Usability Expert” (technically, I do two – I am also the “Interaction Designer<\/a>” – although the two jobs really bleed into each other pretty heavily).<\/p>\n

The ‘bad” news: It’s in German. Which isn’t a problem for me, but very well may be f\u00fcr euch.<\/p>\n

The other good news: Thanks to the miracle of the Internet, we have the Google translation thingie, which renders the German article into English<\/a>.<\/p>\n
