Employer withholds it so no income tax form to file because there\u2019s never a refund. Lay off half the IRS and taxpayers save trillions in lost productive hours, no longer filling out silly forms.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Almost seems too good to be true to you? \u00a0Of course it does:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Of course he didn\u2019t mean that. He meant something different entirely.
