apparently didnt bother to vote<\/a>\u00a0in her primary:<\/p>\n Last summer, the music video \u201c<\/font><\/a>I Got a Crush on Obama<\/font><\/a>\u201d was a Web hit, splashing a seductive performance by a 26-year-old model named Amber Lee Ettinger across millions of screens and prompting deep thoughts about candidates and sex appeal<\/font><\/a>, the YouTube generation<\/font><\/a> of voters, viral marketing <\/font><\/a>and so forth.<\/p>\n On Tuesday night, City Room ran into Ms. Ettinger at an election-watching party in Greenwich Village and asked how things went at the polls.<\/p>\n \u201cI didn\u2019t get a chance to vote today because I\u2019m not registered to vote in New York,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n So where is Obama<\/span> Girl<\/span> registered to vote?<\/p>\n \u201cNew Jersey.\u201d<\/p>\n Um, but didn\u2019t New Jersey also hold a primary?<\/p>\n True. The problem, she explained, was that she was sick in New York City and was unable to get back across the Hudson River to the polls in Jersey City.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Makes perfect sense, right?<\/p>\n
