The final tally was 91-41.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hang on to your wallets, Minnesota.\u00a0 And be careful on those bridges; most of the SIX BILLION DOLLARS is going to go to DFL pet projects, pork, and mass transit.\u00a0 Which\u00a0you can ride to your next job interview, since the DFL is dead-set on gang-raping the\u00a0state economy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Lady Logician <a href=\"http:\/\/looktruenorth.com\/limited-government\/tax-heroes-and-villians\/46-tax-heroes-a-villains\/2008-here-they-are.html\">has the names<\/a>\u00a0of the six RINO hamsters who betrayed the party and the people who voted them into office:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Rep. Abler<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Erhardt [<em>about whom more below &#8211; ed<\/em>.]<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Tinglestad (hello HD49!)<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Heidgerken<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Neil Peterson<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Hamilton\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kudos to the\u00a0District 49B GOP, who\u00a0denied\u00a0endorsement to Rep. Tingelstad last weekend.\u00a0 I\u00a0don&#8217;t know which districts\u00a0haven&#8217;t held conventions yet, but I&#8217;d hope they also either deny\u00a0endorsements or\u00a0&#8211; better yet &#8211; endorse people who won&#8217;t betray Republican and Conservative ideals.<\/p>\n<p>Like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keithdowney.com\/\">Keith Downey<\/a> has a chance to do in Edina.\u00a0 I think we&#8217;ll be interviewing him this weekend on the NARN Volume II show (stay tuned for details).\u00a0 If you live in Edina, you need to turn out to support him in ejecting the hamster Erhard from office.\u00a0 If you live in a safe district (or, alternatively, a hopeless one, as I do), you need to pony up time and money to support Downey.\u00a0 While it would be the depth of pretension for me, a humble blogger, to &#8220;endorse&#8221; anyone, let it be known that I&#8217;d <em>really, really<\/em> like Downey to kick the hamster Erhard&#8217;s ass at the March 8 convention, and sweep to victory in November behind a tide of angry, motivated conservatives.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s time to put some RINO pelts above the fireplace.<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE:\u00a0 Well, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minnesotademocratsexposed.com\/2008\/02\/25\/mn-gop-chairman-to-gop-legislators-you-vote-to-override-governor-pawlenty-you-may-not-have-party-support\/\">maybe the State GOP gets it after all<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The House overrode Governor Pawlenty&#8217;s veto\u00a0of the Mass Transit Subsidy &#8220;Transportation&#8221; bill.\u00a0 Six House Republicans broke with the governor to make the 90 votes needed to override.
