The Twin Cities’ lefty sorosphere is all atwitter over the latest results from the Wisconsin recall primaries (and one actual election).<\/p>\n

What\u00a0happened\u00a0was that the Republicans who entered the Democrat<\/em> primary races…got beaten. \u00a0In Democrat primaries.<\/p>\n

That’s not exactly Man Bites Dog. \u00a0More like dog sniffs dog.<\/p>\n

And the other big news – the one actual election – went…well, about as expected. \u00a0From Kos<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Today, incumbent Democratic Senator Dave Hansen thoroughly crushed his Republican opponent in the first of the recall elections pitting a Democrat against a Republican. Hansen retains his seat and the FitzWalkerstan cult leaders in Madison are feeling the heat.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

They’re “feeling the heat” over…the Dems holding a seat. \u00a0In Green Bay – which isn’t much less Democrat than Saint Paul. \u00a0By the same margin, or slightly less, than he won in 2008<\/a> <\/em>(look up Senate District 30).<\/p>\n

If this is the big tonic for the lefty troops the day after their defeat in Minnesota, it’s a pretty warm, weak one so far.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
