{"id":21062,"date":"2011-07-14T11:00:02","date_gmt":"2011-07-14T17:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=21062"},"modified":"2013-02-25T16:54:43","modified_gmt":"2013-02-25T22:54:43","slug":"so-heres-a-question-for-all-you-regulatory-types-out-there","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.shotinthedark.info\/wp\/?p=21062","title":{"rendered":"So Here&#8217;s A Question For All You Regulatory Types Out There"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of its passive-aggressive, &#8220;let the peasants feel the pain&#8221; approach to the shutdown, the Dayton Administration shut down all of the state&#8217;s publicly-visible databases.<\/p>\n<p>Including that of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cfboard.state.mn.us\/shutdown\/\">Campaign Finance Board<\/a>. \u00a0I know this, because whenever the Strib tries to pass some businessman or private citizen off as a &#8220;non-partisan&#8221; commentator on politics, a quick glance at the CFB usually shows that they are committed DFLers.<\/p>\n<p>We can&#8217;t do that now.<\/p>\n<p>Now, since most of Dayton&#8217;s campaign money, including the campaign to justify the shutdown &#8211; and make no mistake, it <em>is <\/em>a campaign, being paid for by liberals with deep pockets, like Alita Messinger and the rest of the Dayton family &#8211; is being paid for by what amount to campaign contributions, and those that &#8220;regulate&#8221;, or at least transcribe, these contributions are out of the office (or at least not maintaining databases), doesn&#8217;t that give Democrat groups ample chance to&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;well, cheat?<\/p>\n<p>I mean, how would we know?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of its passive-aggressive, &#8220;let the peasants feel the pain&#8221; approach to the shutdown, the Dayton Administration shut down all of the state&#8217;s publicly-visible databases.
