Mark Dayton and the 2011 Legislature as they complete the work of balancing the state budget in the next month.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the problem; if you read their budget proposal, everyone &#8220;shares&#8221; the &#8220;sacrifice&#8221;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;except the group that caused the problem.<\/p>\n<p>The Government.<\/p>\n<p>Read and decide for yourself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Strib editorial board\u00a0takes a whack at balancing the state budget.
