A sign posted in the hallway that connects City Hall with the county Government Center states that weapons are prohibited by district court order.<\/p>\n<p>Rosenberg was being held in jail Wednesday night in lieu of $100,000 bail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Rosenberg, of course, contents that the county&#8217;s &#8220;court order&#8221; barring guns <em>in the hands of legally-permitted carriers <\/em>from county courts conflicts with state law.<\/p>\n<p>His court appearance is scheduled 1:30 this afternoon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joel Rosenberg got arrested yesterday while at Minneapolis City Hall.
