The tabs are a very cool color &#8211; red &#8211; for 2011. It&#8217;s a shame to stick them on my plates because I paid enough for them to be jewelry. I&#8217;m glad the DMV takes Visa because that way I am able to spread out the payments.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure that money will be well-spent on our awesome Minnesota streets, roads and highways.<\/p>\n<p>I miss you (at the moment).
