And so when my would-be leader says “I have a plan”, I guess like the knavish dolt I am I assumed that to mean “He has a plan”, rather than “He shall reveal The Plan when it, in its majesty, is ready for us to see it”.<\/p>\n

Do you have a plan, or don’t you?<\/p>\n

And if you do, how does it make up $890 million (actually more like $1.315 billion) without soaking the middle class?<\/p>\n
