If I were to give you an entire paragraph, in bold type and a different, attention-getting color, that’d be because it was very, very big news indeed.<\/p>\n

I think I’ve done it once in the history of this blog; back in 2003, when the Minnesota Personal Protection Act passed the first time.<\/p>\n
