  1. Good thing conservatives sternly warned liberals not to cheat or we would be pretty steamed by golly.

Otherwise the results of this election may have been tainted with the same fraudulent ballot harvesting, vote switching problems as last time.

Instead, liberals meekly complied with all best practices to make this the fairest election in history.

Way to go with the stern warnings fellas, heckuva job.

  2. Election denier Kari Lake loses in AZ

The sad part is that these elections were even close. Trump went to court multiple times and couldn’t produce any evidence of fraud. Yet so many millions still believe his lie. These opinions filled news channels should make clear what is just opinion and what is fact.

    Spot the difference?
    Trump
“He blew the midterms, and everyone despises him.”
    4 year old in school
“No one likes you and you’re not my friend!”

  3. ^^Just a reminder that Emery still believes that Trump conspired with Putin to steal the 2016 election from Hillary.
So with Emery, it isn’t “people who believe in stolen elections are lying election deniers” it is “people who believe in stolen elections are lying election deniers unless they are Democrats.”

  4. So many people (Emery, for example), still believe Hillary’s lies.

  5. The only way the MN GOP can be successful in 2024:

    – Convince your base that the DFL steals election, so voting is a waste of an afternoon.
    – Don’t jump on the early mail-in ballot thing – cause it is wrong.
    – Bring back Jennifer Carnahan and her child sex-trafficing buddy.
    – Run party loyalists who have a hard time stringing sentences together.
    – Only campaign on two things: cutting taxes and telling the DFL press how evil the DFL is.
    – Trump
    – Again stolen elections
    – Oppose abortion just to piss suburban women off, even though it is not a Minnesota issue.
    – When Walz and Education Minnesota endlessly caw like crows about “fully fund education” try to convince the electorate that spending money on kids is a bad idea – rather than suggesting that we are not getting our money’s worth.
    – When Walz refuses to debate, DO NOT pepper the state with WHERE’S WALZ? billboards and ads.
    – Spend 2023 planning how to lose 2024.

  6. Keep whistling past the graveyard, Bot Boy.
Hobbs is a pathetic loser, just one step above Cro-Magnon Fetterman. She was the AZ Secretary of State, in charge of elections. She should have recused herself, but she wouldn’t, because had she done so, she and her Californicator transplants couldn’t have rigged the election. That state, along with Nevada, having a third of the population of larger states that got their votes counted by Tuesday night, but couldn’t get their’s counted for a freaking week! Yup! Nothing to see here.
Had a Republican SoS failed to recuse themselves in an election that they were running in, useless worms like you, would have been rioting in the streets. But hey. Keep showing what a disgusting gutter snipe you are.

  7. Hillary Clinton Maintains 2016 Election ‘Was Not On the Level’: ‘We Still Don’t Know What Really Happened’

    Hillary’s career is over.
    Stacy Abram’s career is over.
    Don Bolduc’s career is over.
    Blake Masters’ career is over.
    Trump’s political career is over.

Should the GOP see a pattern here?

Richard Nixon knew the 1960 election was stolen by Richard Daly and the Kennedy machine. He shut up about it, did not take it personally and went on to win in 1968.

Should the GOP see a pattern here?

  8. Lake was such a dangerous candidate. Her rhetoric was only bile and hatred towards the democrats who “stole the election”. When asked to substantiate her assertions she just says “we know this to be the case”. Like Trump, she is a vicious liar, cowardly and vacuous, and a loser.

The degenerates around here have sad faces; poor little daubers are down… which makes me feel really happy today.

So, what were you mumbling about?

  10. Emory’s 712 illustrates a major part of the problem. The burden of proving every ballot was lawfully cast and honestly counted should be on the person conducting the election, not the person challenging the results.

  11. “Hey little buddy, how did your game go?”

    “We lost.”

    “Sorry to hear that.”

    “We lost because they cheated.”

“Okay…but is there anything you can do different to win next time?”

“No, cause they will just cheat again.”

    “Practice more?”

“No, cause they will just cheat again.”

    “Change your game plan?”

“No, cause they will just cheat again.”

“Maybe not put your smallest player on the line?”

“No, cause they will just cheat again.”

“How about replacing your loud-mouth ineffective coach?”

    “That won’t work.”

    “Why not?”

“Cause they will just cheat again.”

“Well, sorry to hear all that.”

“You know what’s the worst thing?”

    “What?”

    “Everyone is calling us losers.”

Dangerous how? Ya’ll just love using words that take a nothingburger to Level 11.

  15. Democrat: “Ha! All the candidates who believe in ‘stolen elections’ lost their election! That proves . . . ah . . . that means that . . . never mind, forget I said anything.”

  16. ^^ Lake is an example of why Trump is so dangerous. She’s a former new anchor who could clearly see what Trump was doing and thought “I could do that.”

The Trump inspired MAGA movement was defeated in AZ. The combination of Finchem, Masters, and Lake would have been an unmitigated disaster for any state.

  17. Greg, you’re 854 is close but not quite correct. After every line add “and when we complained to the refs, they said we had no proof so they let the cheating stand.”

It’s not that the other side cheated, everybody knows that. It’s that the refs were in on it. That’s what makes it futile to vote even harder next time.

  18. I especially love 🐀 calling other people “liars” lmao!

It’s like Peevee calling someone else “spastic”.

  19. Big, that omission is by design. Remember, parrot troll believes no crime/malfeasance had been committed unless there is persecution and conviction.

  20. In the meantime, speaking of plus ça change, plus c’ est la même chose. Remember when someone said Emmer will make a good McConnel replacement and I said he is just another swamp creature, but MN nice? Well, damn the institutionalized cheating! We need to get our priorities straight, damnit!

I’m a very happy fellow. I gave all my fucks away.

Instead, I started clearing trees for my new compound HQ. Rain day today, but tomorrow we’ll finish the building pad and the road starts going in. Land’s paid for! The world and all it’s fake and gay crap ends at my gate and it’s time to go fishing.

Well, he is not consistent on that. The fact that Bill & Hillary were investigated again and again & not convicted proves that they are innocent, while the fact that Trump was investigated again and again with no convictions proves he is guilty.

  23. Regarding Lake, I just looked up her bio, and the thing that strikes me as dangerous is that she’s all over the map politically, religiously, and personally. Being that volatile, I think that the voters were right if they asked themselves “even if I agree with her, can I depend on her to do the same five years from now?” That volatility also shows itself in her rhetoric, which is often needlessly strident and shows she really hasn’t thought things through very well.

No surprise that Trump, also volatile and prone to rhetorical overreach, would overlook this in her, Hershel Walker, and Dr. Oz. There is a point where voters want someone who is dependable and won’t risk sinking the boat for their own agenda, and GOP voters need to learn to appreciate that.

  24. Arizonans know BS when they see it.” ~ Keri Lake

Apparently they do, as Lake lost. Always the empty vessels that make the most noise.

  25. Greg, you’re 854 is close but not quite correct. After every line add “and when we complained to the refs, they said we had no proof so they let the cheating stand.”

    Cheating comes in two flavors:

    Breaking the rules:

This happens every election The question then becomes, how much? Felons vote. Some people cast two votes. Even dead people votes. Maybe even a few election judges have their thumbs on the scale.

All of this is to be expected. It is we have poll observers. Still things get by them

What I do not believe for one instant is that any of this happens on a national scale without being detected. I have stated before, I do not believe in conspiracies because no one knows how to shut their mouth. If it actually had happened, conservative journalists and Project Veritas would be all over it (like they did to ACORN).

    Bending the rules:

The Democrats are like ninjas with this. One of the tactics that they played with virtuoso talent was exploiting mail-in ballots. They knew when the ballots were being mailed and organized volunteers to go door to door in census tracts after each mailing being right there with the mail carrier, to “help” people fill-in and file their ballot.

In black churches, they marched the congregation down to the “vote box” and voted in mass.

    Then there was Zuckbucks.

So here is the question: why can’t Republicans do the same?

    Incompetence?

Too busy letting their party being run by child sex trafficers?

    Any ideas?

  26. It’s not that the other side cheated, everybody knows that. It’s that the refs were in on it. That’s what makes it futile to vote even harder next time.

    Now you sound like justplainangry.

If I could dream up the perfect false flag operation for the Democrats to run, it would be the mime that Democrats steal elections, so why vote?

Talk about the perfect voter suppression technique!!!

    Or would that be “cheating”?

  27. If I could dream up another perfect false flag operation for the Democrats to run, it would be the mime “don’t mail in your ballot early, like the Democrats do, because they will probably steal it. Wait until late in the evening on election day to maybe vote, then stand in a long line when things go wrong and bitch about how the Democrats are stealing the election and suppressing the vote with all your other conservative buddies.

  28. Oh, and another way Democrats “cheat”…..funding crazy candidates in the primaries that they know will lose in the general election.

    Worked like a charm.

So why can’t Republicans bend the same rules?

Ask Jennifer Carnahan and her friend Anton Lazzaro, the prominent Republican political operative and fundraiser. I am sure they will know why and can explain that aside from kiddie-porn “cheating is wrong”.

  29. We know there was no systemic electoral fraud because no one has confessed to it and been convicted of it.

And even if there was systemic electoral fraud, it was in a good cause. Trump is bad. Everyone who agrees with him is bad. Those bad people must not be allowed in office lest they do bad things like limit abortion, ban transgender mutilation of children, avoid nuclear war over Ukraine, restore domestic energy production, tame inflation and secure the border.

This was the freest and fairest election in history and even if it wasn’t, the ends justify the means.

  30. To borrow a line from a famous opiner, Trump is “a specialist in failure”. Failed to win the popular vote by 3m, then 8m. Lost the House and the Senate in 2020. Hand-picked a series of losers in 2022. Almost single-handedly turned a perfect political environment for Republicans in the mid-terms into a referendum on democracy.

  31. We know there was no systemic electoral fraud because no one has confessed to it and been convicted of it.

No one has confessed or been convicted of the Russia, Russia, Russia Steele dossier hoax either. Well, maybe that one dumb lawyer at the FBI who altered documents and hey, a couple of people lost their jobs.

But we damned near know every last detail – and the circle of those involved numbered in the low double digits.

    We know the names.

We know what they did and where they did it.

Now explain how a vast conspiracy, numbering in the tens of thousands, requiring massive coordination and planning could escape detection?

This whole, “WHAAA, they cheated” is just a way for conservatives to point the finger away from their own failings toward dark and mysterious forces, thus letting themselves off the hook.

Which is defeatist as hell because it speak to grousing about past perceived wrongs rather than planning for future victories.

  32. The Federalist is the first to get a clue

Republican Leaders Have A Choice: Roll Back Early Voting And Mail-In Ballots Or Learn To Take Advantage Of Them

Republicans apparently learned very little from the 2020 election which turned voting and vote counting into a chaotic multi-week affair, all to the great advantage of Democrats.

After finding their party blown out of the water by early votes and mail-in ballots, both vastly expanded to accommodate the pandemic hysteria, elected GOP leaders seem to have thought to themselves, “Well, better luck next time!”

We see how that strategy turned out. Democrats once again turned on the ignition and their army of activists began knocking on doors and dialing up their reliable voters to be sure that every single one of them knew the time to vote was now. Whether it was three weeks or a month before actual Election Day, it didn’t matter. Now. In response, Republicans donned a toothy smile and told their voters to keep Tuesday open. Wait in line— no matter how long it takes.

NO! NO! NO! that’s not how the Democrats did it. They cheated!!

  33. It might make an interesting experiment, greg. You get a hold of 1,000 ballots, mark them all for your candidate, dump them in the ballot drop box without any id, signature, verification, etc. Cheat the same as the Democrats do.

Will they be accepted? Will the election officials see a big bundle of your fake ballots and accept them blindly? Or will they rule your fake ballots are invalid sndvrefuse to count them?

That’s the problem with trying to cheat as hard as the opponents is when the refs are in on the scam. They claim they never saw the other teams fouls, but they’re always willing to penalize your team for yours. You still cant win.

That doesn’t even consider the problem of voting machines switching votes. Which we’ve known has been a problem since Amy Klobuchar wrote her famous letter years ago. And it’s still not fixed.

  34. If you tell voters that the election is already fixed, they may not show up. But if you tell them it is only “fixed” if the other side wins, and not when you do, there’s a larger problem. Do these Republican voters actually believe that Democrats just took the Senate because things were “fixed,” but Republicans took the House in votes that were not “fixed”?

It is entirely satisfying that election denial and fraudulent voting alarmism are turning out to be losing strategies. Serves them right.

BTW — today Trump will announce he’s running for the 2024 nomination. You built that, please enjoy.

  35. Russian officer: “An invisible army came out of nowhere, kicked our ass and vanished into the darkness without leaving a single trace.”

Russian superior: “In other words, you failed to gather intel on your opponents, neglected to post pickets, didn’t bother to train, arm or supply your troops and frankly, you couldn’t lead a thirsty camel to water.”

Russian officer: “But why would we have to do any of that, our fearless leader said we would never tire of winning.”

    ***

GOP: “An invisible army came out of nowhere, kicked our ass and vanished into the darkness without leaving a single trace.”

  36. That’s the problem with trying to cheat as hard as the opponents is when the refs are in on the scam. They claim they never saw the other teams fouls, but they’re always willing to penalize your team for yours. You still cant win.

Because you know, only the other guys can recruit, vet and select refs.

  37. Saw this in today’s Strib:

“Don’t let Adderall scarcity trigger a repeat of the opioid epidemic”

I knew it was taking a massive effort to keep Pedo Joe moving, but I had no idea it had gotten this bad.

  38. Regarding Greg’s citation and the notion that the GOP ought to embrace early voting and the like, I’m guessing that there are at least two big barriers to that. First is traditionalism–“going to the polls is tradition and it works. Why do I need to vote early?”. Obviously, the answer to that is that the pollsters are cueing in on early voting, and more “malleable” voters tend to follow the lead of those “early results”.

Reason #2 is that too many candidates are volatile enough that a lot of Republicans aren’t willing to make an early trip for them. If you’re thinking “what is he/she going to do next?” regarding candidates like Walker and Lake, going the extra mile to create a good early impression isn’t what you’re going to do. You’re going to make sure it doesn’t get too embarrassing and go on election day.

Time for adults to step up in the Republican Party, in my view. Platform needs to state reasonable steps if they win, and candidates need to be vetted for their views, consistency in those views, personal life, and business life. Democrats can get away with putting stroke victims and anti-semites up for office. Republicans cannot, so we might as well act on that.

  39. Election Day issues always pop-up. That’s why I vote by mail. It took me 1O minutes to fill out my ballot and drop it in the mailbox. Fast and easy. It’s hilarious that Republicans made it harder on themselves by voting in person. What delicious irony that Kari Lake’s own election lies were her downfall.

  40. Repost, because Emery won’t quit droning on about how election denial is evil (other than when the election denier is him or Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden or Stacy Abrams).
