Fact: MN SOS Simon is currently defying three court orders related to producing records that relate to registration fraud.
Fact: Project Veritas showed that ballot harvesting, including filling out other peoples’ ballots, is working at an industrial level in Minneapolis.
Fact: Under MN law, “I didn’t know!” is considered a dispositive defense to voting when ineligible, unless one is a paroled felon (who signs a document acknowledging not having the right to vote until formally restored
Fact: In 2010, the MN Voters Alliance showed over of those 1,000 paroled felons – each of which had signed the aforementioned document. That was more than enough to have swung the race, fraudulently, for Franken.
Observation: Republican election judges throughout the Metro are constantly observing irregularities – but there is literally no legal way to make these observations postpone the provisional ballot being counted, much less prosecute anyone for it.

Trump has dwindling support now that he’s clearly lost the election — and his unique brand of populism and divisiveness has been rejected by a majority of Americans – but he’s building up a fund that could put the Republican Party in his pocket for the next four years.
He may, of course, use that funding for his own personal benefit but the GOP looks like it’s on the brink of becoming Trump’s personal possession. 1-59 in court. Well, sort of.
Most states use “notice pleading,” meaning you put the other side on notice of your claim and then begin the formal process of discovery to learn what evidence the wrongdoer has in her possession. Although it’s possible to be dismissed for lack of evidence at this stage, it’s unusual. Most lawsuits start with bare assertions (the only exception being med-mal, which requires a doctor’s statement up front). The testimony and proof comes at trial.
Here, judges are slamming the door in our faces as soon as the case is filed. “Lack of standing” is a legal fiction invented by judges to avoid wasting time on frivolous lawsuits. “Laches” is another. They can be a deadly combination for the injured party, when the court simply doesn’t want to hear the case.
I file today and am told, “You can’t bring the case now, you haven’t suffered any harm. You lack standing. Dismissed.”
I refile tomorrow and am told, “You waited too long to bring the case. Your claim is barred by laches. Dismissed.”
Some would count me as 0-2 in court but neither of those courts looked at my evidence, heard from my witnesses, saw my documentation. They are procedural dismissals, not judgment on the merits, so they don’t mean my claim is invalid. Being 1-59 in court does NOT mean there was no fraud. It means the courts aren’t willing to do anything about it.

Hardly. The machine results on election day showed Biden won. Had the local County Attorney (a Republican) not challenged the local County Clerk instantly, there would have been no reversal. He got results because they knew him. For anybody else, the incorrect tally would have been deemed correct, included in the state-wide vote count, and certified the election for Biden.
Antrim was forced to do what other counties refused to do. Antrim isn’t proof the vote in other counties was correct; Antrim is proof the other counties need hand recounts of paper ballots, with observers present to challenge fraudulent ballots, the same as we did with the ‘hanging chads’ fiasco. Anything less relies on the machines Antrim demonstrated to be unreliable.

Based on the memoranda submitted by the state and other parties, it looks as if this is another procedural dismissal, another courthouse door barred to challengers, not a decision after a trial where witnesses were heard and evidence was received. If so, it doesn’t prove there was no fraud; it would prove no court is willing to do anything about the fraud.
But I’ll wait to comment further until I read the judge’s explanation.
When the defendant hides the evidence of his fraud until he runs out the deadline clock, then claims the court shouldn’t hear the case because it’s too late – the deadline has passed, I am not filled with confidence there was no fraud.
The way to have open, honest, transparent government is to allow citizens to see it operating, to question the procedures and rules, to double-check the actions of officials.
Remember when low-lives and dirt bags were complaining that the Metro Gang Strike Force was a corrupt group of out-of-control cops? Everybody sneered at those deplorable wretches. They had no solid evidence, merely unverified stories and the claimants were losers so nobody believed them until . . . it turned out to be true. All of it.
